With 40 years of experience in real estate sales and 30 years as Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Showcase Homes in Birmingham, Michigan, Tom Tedesco has dedicated his career to delivering trusted guidance, professional leadership, and exceptional service. His professional credentials include CFSP Certification (Certified Full Service Professional), ACP (Accredited Commercial Professional), and the Brian Buffini Certified Mentor designation. Tom has also mentored newly licensed agents who have gone on to achieve the highly respected 100% Club and Platinum Club sales awards.

His accomplishments include induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, recognition with the RE/MAX Legacy Award, and being named the 2024 RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan Broker/Owner of the Year for a Single Office.

Tom is equally passionate about building a strong, supportive office culture. At RE/MAX Showcase Homes, he leads an environment centered on growth and collaboration through weekly Mastermind meetings via Zoom, hybrid and in-person training, and office events designed to help REALTORS® sharpen their skills, stay connected, and succeed at a high level.
